•  Less than 2% of the women of OWRC participated with JAYA in the beginning. We are so thankful that today that number has grown to 85% of participation in some way.

Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 2 Corinthians 9:6(NIV)

Are we spending all our time taking care of the few seeds we have planted?  Are we making sure they’re well-tended and weed-free and all the while, failing to plant more?  Or are we casting out seed abundantly, not caring where it lands, not caring who is able to harvest it when the time comes?

If we plant only a few seeds, we won’t see much harvest.  In a little while, we’ll be starving.  But if we plant abundantly, the crop will bear fruit, both now and in later years when other gardeners tend the soil.

All we can do is to plant the seed, Lord God.  Only You can make the seed sprout and grow.  Fill us with a burning desire to plant more and more seed and then turn the gardens over to You.  We would love to see the harvest be a hundredfold!  Amen!
